2.- Applicable Regulations
The current General Conditions, are subject to the Law 7/1988, of April 13, on General Conditions, to the Law 26/1984, of July 19, General Conditions for the Defense of Consumers and Users, to the Royal Decree 1906/1999, of December 17, 1999,
by which the Telephonic or Electronic Contracting is regulated by the General Conditions, the organic law 15/1999, of December 13, pursuant to the Personal Information and Data Protection, Law 7/1996, of January 15, the Law of Retail Trade Management (LOCM), and Law 34/2002 of July 11, the Law of Social Services of Information and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter referred to as LSSI).
3.- Modification of General Conditions
The General Conditions are subject to change by Autocareslact.com in order to improve the services and products offered by Autocareslact.com. and notification will be given to the Customer sufficiently in advance. By means of the modification of General Conditions published at the website Autocareslact.com, said notification will be deemed to have been given.

4.- Intellectual Property
